Ok, so I don't want to go so far as to call this guy a scammer yet, but just wanted people to know that he is apparently having a hard time completing trades right now.
I'm not going to go into details posting all of our PM's yet, but I think he may be trying to pull something.
Just be careful with this guy, PM me if you would like more info.
CGB8000 if you read this, please tell me what you plan on doing to finish our trade instead of sending me the same pasted responce you send me 2 weeks ago, while making threads in the trading post for new trades even though you can't complete ours!
Anyone else been having problems with this member the past month?

I still have this guy in my trade module with him thinking I'll just forget about him. He never followed through on his word when he said he'll do another offer to go green. Last time I pm'd him to do another offer, he gave me a one word response of "yeah". It's been well over a month and this guy still owes me a green after I helped him complete his get4friends.com.

I've been waiting since late october on this guy. He signed up for me at giftcards.freepay a week ago saying he'd do it in place of the site he never ended up doing for me, but he never greened and then told me that he couldn't do the offer right now. What's the deal... I did your offer over a month ago and now you're repeatedly backing out... and he won't paypal me either. I just want the money or a green, but he's been really uncooperative up until this point. And as long as the thread is here, I'd like to agree with the OP.

Some banks give debit cards to people under 18.
My bank gives them to people under 16, and I got mine even before I turned that age.

No, many banks allow debit cards under 18. Actually, I got mine when I was 15 or 16, I think.

85% of banks require you to be 18 to have a debit card/checking account. But the other 15% either just let you at any age...(hey if you got money....) or have your parents "co-sign" for you so if you fuck up.....guess who gets it....not the minor.....but.....their folks!

I think the regulation is that if you are under 18 the bank account is a join one with your parents and you can't have your own until 18 (with my bank).

Don't try to make me look like I'm creating drama, I've been patient and when I have asked for an update I get ignored. It looks to me like I'm getting scammed, but I would like you to prove me wrong.
You still haven't replied to any PM's I am just looking for an update if your legit, I don't think that is asking too much.
I completed my offer on Nov 14th, you say you completed yours on the Nov 27.
In one PM I asked you to submit a ticket to get manual confirmation. I have no way of knowing if you did that because you never replied.

The obvious reasons would be the fact that Aurelius3 joined, claimed he was PMed by Cgb8000 about a fake trade, proved wrong that he was lying and his name is almost identical to Aurelius'.

I went green on his FP Giftcards in exchange for FP Premium iPods. When I saw in another thread that he had already signed up for Premium iPods, I asked him about it and he said he was going to do it from his Uncle's computer.
Now he claims to have signed up and gone green. When I asked him what his e-mail was, he gave me one that wasn't on my list. My info in the trade module hasn't been edited since January 27th, and the ref link is correct. So what's the deal? I sent him a PM yesterday to find out... this ought to be amusing.

I sent two PMs on the 16th/17th of February that he hasn't even read. Basically he got a green from me, never signed up for my site (although he claimed to have gone green without telling me what e-mail address he used to sign up). When I called him out on it he kept saying he was going to sign up from a library because his first sign up mysteriously didn't work... a likely story. I'd be willing to accept some kind of monetary compensation for the green I earned him, but if he gets banned that's fine with me too.

I went green in the first day of the trade. I completed Curb Your Cravings for him.
Everything seemed fine when he signed up and he said he completed an offer. He wasn't green after a few days and I was under the assumption that he would complete another.
I PM'ed him and IM'ed him a couple times, but never got an answer back.
I figured I'd been scammed and he was not on the site for the next couple of months until he appeared lately. I IM'ed him a couple other times, but still got no answer. I tried PM's, but that was the same story.
Even if I can't get anything back I would like something done about him scamming me on that trade.

I entered a trade with CGB8000 i believe in December, but in the trade module it was last updated the beginning of January!
So its been over 5 MONTHS!
The trade agreement was for $25 amazon giftcard for a green on freegadgets4me.com, now gadgets.free4me.net.
But he then informed me he could not do that site, so we agreed he would do 3 other normal/full offer credit sites. To date, he's only green'd for me on techgift4free.com and still owes me 2 additional normal/full offer credit sites!
As his TR is higher then mine, I have already paid him, and will provide proof if needed...

Wow... I had completely forgotten about my trade with him until Gigante PM'ed me... Anyway, the story is that I went green on his FreePay GC account in January. He was supposed to do Freepay Premium iPods for me. He kept on making claims that he had signed up but was for some reason mysteriously not appearing on my list. He then started claiming he would sign up from his uncle's house or his school library (which I believe is against the TOS). Never happened. I eventually just gave up and got another ref (he was supposed to be my last), and asked him to compensate me with a green on a different site or the going rate equivalent in Paypal. He never responded to any of my PMs at that point and I didn't pursue it any further...

Okay well I'm not trying to say CGB8000 is a scammer but here are the details of my trades with him
Each of them were for $20. First was for giftcards freepay but he wanted to change it after he did not receive credit for it, so it was changed to flatscreens freepay which he did go green for.
The others were for collegestuff4nothin and ipods freepay which was changed to flashipods. He is still yellow on both of the sites and he says he has done offers for both of them. I'm not calling him a scammer here, just describing our trades.

I spoke with tsj a few times in PM's regarding CGB. He someone messaged me on AIM when I first set up the trade. I didnt even have a post up but I was sorta looking for a site and it seemed like he talked to someone I had a past trade with or something was fishy.
Anyways all of you should do what I did an file a complaint with paypal. I never got my money back because they said the good was not tangible or some crap but they said they will keep and eye on him
If everyone files complaints we may get something out of him at least they will ban him from paypal or something.

Its official. CBG800 isn't planning to compensate for the green I gave him. Apparently since I put my account on hold for his site he doesn't owe me anything.

I just discovered this thread... I currently have a month long trade going on with him that is as follows.
I sent him $25 paypal and he was supposed to do 100percentoff.com. He went half green on the site, but never completed a second offer and thus has yet to fulfill out trade. He's told me twice that he's done or "going right now" to do the second offer and yet I still have no full green from him. Arg.

Everyone file a complaint with paypal. Paypal can actually do something about it and if we are all posting they know something is not right.
I've already filed a complaint, but he has already cleared out his paypal account.
In fact, when I filed the complaint, Paypal automatically upgraded it to a dispute.

He scammed me out of $150, legal action is not worth the money. I would pay his house a visit if I lived near him though to try to settle things with his parents.

This guy came back under the name Zanarkos. He's been setting up cash-for-ref trades (mostly with newer users) and demanding the cash up front.
I apologize to anyone still involved in a trade with him. I'd encourage everyone to open PayPal disputes, and you'll find some good information above.

Combine that with the fact that they registered from the same IP address, and I'll let you draw your own conclusions.
How many refs do you have left on each of those sites? It looks like his history of scamming has to do with frauding FiPG users, not sites--so there's a slight chance that he'll come through for you and that his refs will pass approval.
On the other hand, he's got a proven history of fraud and deceipt, so you may consider it wise to go after him for everything he's got.

For now, I'd wait until he goes red, but you might contact the owners of those sites and request that they keep an eye on him. And I'd also just assume that anything you say here will make it back to him.
I also wouldn't spend much time with him on AIM. He owes many other users a lot of money and never came through for them, so I'm dubious that he'll make good on his commitments to you.
