im working on it. indian buckeye you know the problem. this is bullshit you were real quick at calling me a scammer. i told you what happened and i HAVE been responding to your pms. i ran into a probelm when i first signed up that it didnt give you credit for referring me and im in contact with the site to get that fixed and then you post that im a scammer. awesome. appreciate it

Dude, I never called you a scammer. I just said that you hadn't responded to my pm's in 2 days asking you if you had heard anything from the site admin.
I thought this was the forum to post when there are issues with a trader. I am sorry, but when I don't hear from someone for 2-3 days, it just makes me nervous. Just from my history of getting scammed.

Same, another FiPG member also stated that he signed up for macs.free4me under him, so he's supposedly signed up for the site twice.
Strange how he needs more time to get more money to complete a page 2 offer where he goes and posts a week later paying people $40-50 to sign up and play poker.

I sent a Paypal dispute today. Do these traditionally work out? Maybe if enough of us do it it will help our case in Paypal's eyes...

I havent heard any good things about the paypal dispute stuff for non-tangible goods like our case. But if multiple people file disputes against the same user, it might help..

He claims he was arrested, kicked out of his house and is going to rehab.
Not entirely sure where he's getting online to reply to me but it seems so widespread and his lack of communication in this thread leads me to believe that he's a scammer.
File Paypal complaints (you've a better chance of winnning if you listed your payment as "Goods" and/or gave your shipping address) as well as contacting the site that you did for him or that he did for you.
Report him as a scammer to the freebie site(s), if you have his ref links send them to the site also (you can always just tell them who it is by their e-mail they used to sign up with) and give them a link to this thread.
I'm not going to ban him, but I am going to make sure nobody else trades with him in the meantime. Maybe I can get him to respond here.

Yes.
Everyone who paid him file a Paypal dispute/complaint for however much you paid him, regardless of whether you listed it as Goods or not.
