Just wanted to let everyone I am in trade with know that I will be gone for the next week or two. Due to a family emergency I'll be leaving shortly and probably won't have access to a pc. Writing this right now I am a little bit shook up about the whole deal, so I ask your simpathy and understanding. For those I am still in the middle of a trade with, I am hoping to finish things up or work something out when I return.

Looks like most people he traded with had less TR. When your starting out you guys should really try to only trade with established traders with over 15TR. Much less chance of getting scammed.

I warned him that I'd have to report to the forum that he scammed me and gave him several days to respond, and I got nothing. As far as I'm concerned he's not a trustworthy trader.

There needs to be new ways to prevent scammers. Things like this make newbies skeptical and not come and join in. Best thing to do is just trade with people with real high TR and ones who post a lot.

People who have a TR of less than 4 should only be allowed to trade with people that have a TR of 15 or higher, for their own protection.

I fly free, 2 relatives work for a major airline, I wouldn't mind finding this possible scammer and reminding him of his commitments. I don't think he is coming back though... we need some justice around here!

No. You can file paypal claims or claims with local enforcement agencies, but FiPG will not condone, encourage or facilitate activities like knocking on his door as you suggest.
