Scammed by Mr_Black [Resolved!]

Sent him Paypal back on 2/9/2006 for Logitech.Giftfiesta
He signed up but never went green. Asked him numerous times for a refund but he ignores me.

Don't tell me I should wait or he's good for it either. It's been 3 months now, this is total BS! If this isn't scamming than I don't know what is?

yeah for somebody that logs in, posts and continues to trade, mr.black sucks at taking care of his deals and answering pm's

im still waiting on refund for a green on yourps34free that never was, that one was from 2+ months ago

what really sucks is you pull people in with your high tr and they hang on to hope for their last green that isn't coming.

2-3 months is simply bullshit, you should have been doing more offers, or refunding on your own, we shouldn't have to hound you.

I paid him $36 for 2 refs at orderit4free. Trade initiated on 03/06

He went grey and his friend never even signed up until today.

PMed him like 10 times. Only got a few replies claiming to refund me or get me refs BUT he never did. So WTF? He's still allowed to trade?

Did you notify a mod about your situation, or is this the first time you've told anybody what's going on?

our trade dates back to April 6, he's said he'll pay me bakc my $18 three or four times already...

Myself, I have not reported him to a Mod yet.
I was hoping he would resolve this before getting a Mod involve.

Now it seems it's come to that point now.
If a Mod could step in and help it would be great.

and skeeter-refunded him $94 already (didnt mention here) and tried to get green on the last of the trades.

I'm a dumbass? Dude, I had been waiting the same ammount of time, if not longer than you...so you need to not be so rude and stop being a lil-bitch about shit.

I got refunded but he's definitely a trader I would want to avoid.
