not trying to blacklist anyone just wanted to post in the public forums that these two traders went first, never went green, and now want to back out of the trade. if they green for me it is their loss as both have requested cancellation of the trade and deletion (to start without telling me).
poor communication was definitely evident.
anyway, here are the traders
h3x
gethyphy

again, not slandering anyone, gethyphy did a great trade with me the first time and I think h3x didnt want to file for manual credit.
just annoying to deal with this is all
happy trading

edit this was added for clarification - I posted this here so that neither trader would come back and request something for a green in case it came late since they initiated the cancellation of the trade.

I didn't back out of the trade... I told you that I completed the offer and waited for it to go green, which it didn't. I did not have the confirmation e-mail anymore, and you asked me what the plan was.. I said, the trade was off and requested deletion.. You did not lose anything out of the trade, nor did I. It was like the trade never happened. So, next time don't judge me about my trading practices.

I have no idea where that confirmation e-mail went, but it's not in my box anymore; therefore I couldn't do manual credit, even if I wanted to.

to the OP If you didn't lose a sign up for them, then you weren't scammed. They decided to back out before you even signed up for them. what is the problem?

I didn't back out.. I signed up for him, completed an offer (eFax).. I waited for it to green.. It never did, jy3 kept asking about the offer, I told him I have no idea why it's not going green since I've never had a problem with eFax before. He suggested to manual credit, so I go to the gmail account I signed up with and typed in eFax.. I have no e-mails with that name, I even had the search look inside the spam box.. Nothing. I can't get manual credit without a confirmation letter or any letter for that matter. So I PMed him telling him I couldn't find the letter anywhere and I'm cancelling the trade.

There was nothing else I could do, aside from completing another offer and waiting even longer for it to go green. Also, I've done many offers and I'm running out of the cheap ones.. Next offer would have cost me $10 out of pocket and the offer was $17.. It was not logical for me to complete another offer, therefore I cancelled the trade.

If I'm reading that right, that might be your crediting problem right there. /shrug

But I do agree that I see no harm, no foul in this situation.

h3x, as I said, there was no harm. no big deal.
the only reason I posted was that i just didnt want either person coming back 2 weeks from now demanding something for a green that just happens to come about.
h3x, as I said before, you can email the company u signed up for to get the confirmation email. i have done that a few times. anyway, as I said it was no big deal. and about not judging u about trading practices, i posted the facts and made no judgement besides commenting on the lack of communication during the time when I was awaiting you going green and the cancellation of the trade. but, not everyone has time to check this place often, so that is fine.
gethyphy, on the other hand, requested deletion without talking to me about the trade.

No hard feelings, I just wanted to clarify my side of the story.. I'd hate people to think I'm an unreliable trader.

no problem )
i realized that I did not explicity state the quote below. I tried to post earlier in the day and the site was down...so when I posted again I left out the sentence

"I posted this here so that neither trader would come back and request something for a green in case it came late since they initiated the cancellation of the trade. "

I lived in a different address, different city, different state, different e-mail and different credit card.. Also, the first one I did was eFax+.. This one was the original.
