We initiated a trade for [ucfbfca7dec]LCDs.GiftFiesta[/ucfbfca7dec] on [bcfbfca7dec]03/15/06[/bcfbfca7dec]. Not green yet. I sent him TWO messages and he read both messages BUT he didn't answer me. I sent him $18 paypal

Should I file start a complaint with paypal? he didn't reply to my PM, so - what do you think?

You went first and paid him $18 when you have a higher TR than him?

I've traded with Jim911. So far no problems. He loves to bug me on AIM a lot and talk about cars.

Yes, I paid him upfront because I need greens and becuase he has 17+TR

If I don't get an answer from him by Monday, then I will start a complaint with paypal and I will report him as a scammer.
