I remember that name from when I was active back in the summer. He has been a member for over a year and doesn't seem to be too active in posts. The important question is to see if your messages u sent him moved from the Outbox to the Sentbox in your PMs, if they are in the Sentbox, then he has been reading them. That is the first step

Yeah, they are still in my outbox, so I guess he has just not gotten on.

Ok, I would give it some more time or use one of his contacts in his profile (yahoo, email, msn, etc)
