heres just a suggestion, and a legal one.
Find him, talk to him, get some straight answers from him and maybe some proof from him as to exactly WHAT he did (as in gc generator, hacked the site, cousin that works there). If you think hes telling the truth about what hes saying, then post here what it is...at the very least then we might have some straight answers, and know who to contact about it.
Take a tape recorder and camera too.

if u live 10 mins away contact the police dept in your area and ask what they can do, or what you and we as a community can do to resolve this (with local or fed laws).

We can't stop you doing anything, but this (quoted above) is your best bet.
Call your local, or his local police department, or go to said police department and let them know what's going on and ask them for advice on how best to go about it, any information they may need, give them your e-mail address etc.
Just don't be an idiot and start harassing him (DLF).

I don't even think DLF is gonna be at home. Even if you happen to see him and ask him about this, he'll just feel really insecure and the next thing is he'll be gone forever.

It's a little too late for him to run I think. He's pretty much fucked. He tried to screw over a huge company (ebay/Half) for a lot of money and got caught. I'm thinkin they MIGHT just do something about it.
