I'm pretty sure all of you already know of whats going on with the dudelovesFinch situation and the Half.com GCs not working. Well I have been talking to him via email on his cel phone and hes been telling me the situation and whats been going on...

The situation with the GCs not working is his cousin who works at Half.coms fault. His cousin basically screwed him over, and since Half.com doesn't allow people int h company to sell GCs out liek that they basically started cancelling them before you gus had a chance to use them. [b12dbd8d5cf]Its not his fault[/b12dbd8d5cf] Also the codes are saying invalid because they need to be spent 2-3 hours after you get them (since they are bought in bulk) or they become invalid instead of the usual 24 hours and up.

He is trying to get this all fixed up and get everything back to the way that it used to be. I know alot of you say that he was suspicious, but have you seen how many positive trades he made? He has over 100+ successfully completed trades with people who havent had any complaints. And if there was ever something wrong in the trade he would hurry up and correct it. That sounds like someone who is very legit and would not screw you over like that. Especially considering the amount of money that was involved in these sales. DLF will be back soon, and will have everything resolved. So just be patient and dont worry. I know thats hard for some of you guys to hear but just give it some time.

I had my GC's ($100 worth for a trade) for 1 week before I spent them and they worked fine.

Before i bought from dude, I specifically asked if the gift cards could be saved for years or if they had an expiration. He answered that they last forever, and will never expire. This goes against what you said now....so please explain that

That was before the demand from people to buy the GCs got so high he had to start getting them in bulk. Cause that was the only option when people were buying thousands of dollars in GCs

Ill give him a day and then ima start talking to the authorities, jerrito, tell finch he needs to get on the forums, its not some little situation with a red on a site, he has thousands of dollars of other peoples money.

Well he shouldnt have sold more than he could handle. Is it just me, or does everytime someone scams they get a "friend" to talk for them because they magically don't have PC access.

To retaliate he gets all the codes invalidated, but fails to consider the reciprocation of this action (i.e. Half invalidates ALL his codes). He probably sh1t his pants when he realized what happened and is now just freaking out.

jeritto....We have heard numerous times that he is a college student. I am a college student as well, and I know that EVERY college campus has a library, and a computer lab, open 24 hours a day for students. Also, if he is a college student, he must have alot of college buddies, any of which would be happy to let him use there computer for a minute to post something. It is ridiculous to say that he cant access a computer to post something until he mails in his computer for repairs - gets it repaired - receives it back in the mail!
