mkvelidadon- calling off the trade

Sorry to clog the forum, but I am not getting a response about the trade we set up a week ago. (actually, you denied it a few days ago, but it was all set up per your request). So, I am calling it off. No money was exchanged, so not a big deal. I just don't want you to do the offer at some point all for nothing. LOL

I had the same problem with this guy except I did send him a paypal and now he won't respond to me. He is the one who told me to initiate the trade.

lol same here set up 4 trades on the 25th. if no reply from him by Monday will cancel as well.

Well, he actually DENIED ever setting up a trade with me. This is after I nailed him on it on A4F via a PM. Now, he refuses to respond to me. At leat I never sent him any money. I am sorry for anyone who was taken by him and sent him money.

this guy should be banned.

Why did you send him paypal when you have the higher TR. According to the rules he has to do his end of the deal before you pay since his TR is lower than yours. File a paypal complaint ASAP

He told me he couldnt do his end of the deal in our trade because he was having problems with his debit card but he never even signed up
I requested deletion of our trade a few days ago......

I ended up just hiding the trade since he was suppose to go first. I requested deletion, but he has not even done that....

I reported him to one of the moderators (stroid) and copied this list of compliants from us so hopefuly this guy will get banned. This guy is a cheat and a liar and he shouldn't be allowed back to this site. Everyone who had a bad experience with him should report him.

The mods read this forum daily....several times a day. They (at least some of them) know all that is going on. I am guessing that not enough people were scammed...at least not yet. Give him time though, just give him time.

Mkvalidadon actually went green for me on mac minis the other day and passed approval today. Too bad he got banned before I could pay him wink

I think you still need to pay him. Being banned has nothing to do with the fact that he did his end of the deal. Being a member of this forum was most likely not in the trade agreement.

Because one of the sites he did actually worked? You're right. Put the money you owe him on top of the money he stole from people.

I have only read one post saying he took money from someone up front. Is there more? Most of what I read was that he set up trades with people and then fell off the face of the earth. He IS over on A4F though.....under a different name.

I suppose what comes around goes around......

If you traded with a scammer and the scammer is banned before you pay him, then you don't have to pay him (since he scammed others).

If you trade with a member who is banned for something other than scamming, then you are obligated to keep your end of the trade and pay him or green for him depending on the details of your trade.

Thank you for clearing that up. I was in the wrong. I know it didn't sound right to pay him, but I was thinking we still had to anyway. I didn't know.....now I do.

Well I would feel bad except it didn't do me much good. I had already deleted the trade and gotten another ref because he wasnt responding, so I have 11/10
