He went green for me on YourFreeFlatScreens so I paid him. Went red a few days later and hasn't responded to my PMs, or that of a mod. Hasn't been on AIM. I filed a PayPal Dispute.

w00t i realized I paid the extra 1.63 for guarantee so should be a bit easier to get my $$ (i hope) I dont know why i paid for it cuz i never usually do but this time i did but man am i glad i did.
