If you read the AIM conversation (the last one) you will see that Anthony (who said that he was not PUTARO) it is in fact PUTARO.
Paypal was cancelled (becuase I could get in trouble, I can't scam nobody, even a scammer ?

You requested TR and you left feedback now you are requesting deletion becuase you knew you were getting fuck.

I AIMed this guy telling him that he has to refund money (becuase he was Dqed) he blocked me, then I found his other screen name - Ohh Anthonyy - and he blocked me again.

So your saying that you want free money from a person that has already paid you back? That is greedy. If he has paid you back, then the complaint should be cancelled, since it has been resolved. The point is the reason you filed the complaint was because he did not green you, but now he did. So now you changed your complaint to I want $20 because he is a scammer even though he paid me back. If you want a complaint for that, then let paypal know. If paypal decides to rule in favor of the case I want $20 because I think he is a scammer, then you can keep the money, but as of now, he has paid you back for the complaint you setup.

So your saying that you want free money from a person that has already paid you back? That is greedy. If he has paid you back, then the complaint should be cancelled, since it has been resolved. The point is the reason you filed the complaint was because he did not green you, but now he did. So now you changed your complaint to I want $20 because he is a scammer even though he paid me back. If you want a complaint for that, then let paypal know. If paypal decides to rule in favor of the case I want $20 because I think he is a scammer, then you can keep the money, but as of now, he has paid you back for the complaint you setup.[/quote6163b9d5cb]

Whether someone is a scammer or not, if you scam them, then it makes you a scammer also.

All I want is for cartrenroy and bpfootball999 to both say that it has been resolved. I don't need 3 page answers, just a YES if it has and a NO if it hasn't.

I have confirmation from bpfootball999 saying that cartrenroy cancelled his paypal complaint and everything is fine.
