Well, I completed 3 offers around 3 weeks ago, then another offer around 2 weeks ago.

I sent Ismar confirmation emails for 3, and an order number for the 4th.

In the past couple weeks he's stopped responding on AIM.

I've had a support ticket opened for the past 5 days, but it hasn't gotten a response yet

Just a bad experience, and I see other people are having bad experiences too, so I thought I'd share my story.

Welcome to the club. I'm going to wait a few more days and see what happens. I sent him yet another email yesterday, trying to play nice.

If not, well... His contact information for his domain (address/phone #) is online. Perhaps I'll just give him a call and see if he responds better that way... lol

If you plan on doing that, I'd write down his info now, cause after he reads this post...he'll probably change the info.

Yes, I've been doing research and learning a good deal about our friend Ismar. I just submitted a request to cash out my existing points. (I'm still expecting more, but want to get what I have.)

If I don't get my existing points cashed out, you all will know about it. )

i have not had any problems with IsMar or EarnbyPoints...It Takes a Day or 2 for me to get points and thats its....I Like it )

You people are paranoid.... I was through a flood which i posted here a while back ago and his car broke down so that's why things are taking longer. I no longer work for the site anymore because well too much stuff I sitll need to do to take care of. Ever think he is legit and that's why he has nothing to hide by posting his info.....? I got my points and my money as well from him. Just look at all the proof pics.. I'd stop jumping to conclusions and would let things works out guys seriously. Look at trainn, not every offer credits and problems need to be worked out....

Yeah I don't know what it is. Ismar ahd to wait a while before he could pay me also,..... Just like you guys i had to wait.... Unlike some of you I understood his situation and mine. Things will be better once he gets the new script and things get back on track so relax guys.

Did you read my post? I've been waiting on this for nearly a month.

I've also done 4 offers, and have provided proof for each of them, and gotten no credit. I've only had probably 1 offer not credit in any of my other freesite doings.

yes, your situation has been justified as in you have been waiting a too long of a time, but as soon as you post that all the people that have been waiting 3 days pop up saying they didn't get credit and spreads etc.

My issue is not the delay. My issue has been his total lack of response or comment. No response to support tickets, no response to IM, no response to email -- all not just for a few days, but for more than a week.

Even the "real" sites out there will reply to your support tickets or emails within a few days -- even if it's to tell you to just wait longer and leave them alone.

My issue is that I'm being told there's no record of completion for offers which I completed and sent in proof of. Combine that with a web site that's a little rough around the edges, including links on the damn front page to other "support" people who say they no longer work for the site, and one starts to wonder... (Again, I kept writing in to the guy just asking him to tell me he's there and reading email/tickets. No response.)

Regardless, I _finally_ reached Ismar via IM tonight (after identifying several of his other IM handles). He was very nice and promised to at least cash out my existing points within a day. So I'm hopeful about that. (And I'm trying to be fair, I told him I'd clarify my post and update my thread as he fulfills his promise.)

Well I actually got ahold of him tonight, and he said it's because the site down.. even though it doesnt show a missing site page, and the script is still there /

However, he told me when the new site is up, I will be able to send in a credit request again and get my points

any further updates? I too am waiting for credit, and I see that the site still has not reestablished a place to submit support tickets.
