I did a trade with a person for freepay360 and I went green on September 25th. He said he did Rhapsody right after and said he sent in a ticket 15 days later with no response. He has said that he did Complete Home as a second offer and still no credit.
What is the protocol from here? This person has a really high TR as well.

No response to a support ticket at Freepay is rare. Has he PMed Jake?
CompleteHome takes a bit of time to credit...typically 7-10 days according to some of the threads here. But he'd have to wait 15 days to open a support ticket...

Could ask the person for the confirmation email/screenshot, just to confirm it isnt a scammer.

yeah KeithA is right.
I had someone do Complete home and it took exactly 10 days to green. If he is telling the truth, then he should be green by tomorrow (Friday 21st), but he would have to wait until the 26th to actually submit a support ticket.
As long as he is still keeping in touch with you, not ignoring you etc, and is still trying to get credit, then there shouldn't be anything to worry about.

I gues I'll give in and use I.E. too. I've done every offer with Firefox before and have gotten credit for almost all of them so I don't think that's the problem.. we'll see.
