Well alat115 and I had a great trade for Orderpcs4free.com but then the offer he did got revoked do to fraud(all of the people that did that offer too) I pmed him and talked to him on aim but has not said anything back. I just want my 15$ back or him to do a other offer. Its not his fault b/c the company that had the offer backed out and did not pay. I am having a hard time contacting him b/c he says nothing back on aim or like just now he signed off(did not blocked me)

okay... you said you were to busy to do ANY offer one of the offers (hosting) got taken off b/c people were fauding the company

if its the company's fault like you said, why are you trying to get your money back from alat? He completed his end of the trade.

Yeah, I was realllly busy that week; I had like 6 tests. I kinda knew that jenusse was going to dissapear though, thats why I was against doing it.

but you said it was the company's fault that he is not green. If he held up his part of the deal, in which he completed the offer, there's no reason why he should have to pay you back because Jenusse or w/e company it is backed out

i'm afraid i have to stick up for JuG, the trade was for a green, whether alat115 completed the offer or not, or even if the company backed out, he paid for a green and should get a green, if not then he is entitled to a full refund.

True i am not saying this is a bad guy that is why i said its the company that backed out b/c i talked to the owner. So tpham2006 are you trying to say its okay for someone to trade with you green then red? that would be okay with you? Look i would also pay him to do a other offer 2$ whatever its no big deal, I just want a green.

he greened, you paid him, and he then went red, but it wasnt due to him being a scammer or violating any TOS. its not his fualt that the credit was revoked, its not even the fault of the site he did the offer on. it was the offers fault.

if the site can work it out then he will get his green back.

no i know, but im just saying that if he doesnt want to pay you back or whatever, i dont think he has to, but its up to him of course.

so how many greens did you end up losing?

I would think an appropriate compromise would be for alat115 to pay back the $15 - whatever the cost of the offer.

That's like paying ppl to do a scam site like apple4free and then expect a payment back when you found out apple4free is a scam site.

The company backed out b/c people fraunded it, but i just want him to contact me back but i guess taht will not happen
