Anyone know why RebelMusic is banned? I did a trade with him and it went green without any problems.

I was speaking to him earlier and he said that he cannot access the site anymore. Looks like his IP was blocked. He was curious to find out why since he cannot find out for himself. I did a trade with him that went flawlessly.
