How long is TOO long?

I kept my original stuff below, but I'm really wondering how long is too long to wait for payment. The person in question has already said they're just "playing" with me (see quote). I keep asking them when they'll pay and they said "all in due time." What does that mean? How long do you patiently sit and wait while someone continues "playing" with you before you can just outright tell the world who they are and exactly what they're doing?

[quote169f80a5fa]then I realized what a douche you were going to be so I decided to do a chargeback to "play" with you.[/quote169f80a5fa]

Is this funny? I fail to see the humor. After completing a three part trade with one of the established people of this board, I get paid, and the guy is happy enough to set up another set of trades. He then doesn't pay after those go green, and when I send him PM after PM demanding payment, he tries to chargeback my paypal to get back the money he paid me for the first set of trades. And then, he sent me THAT. (mind you, this is only part of what he had to say).

I've only been a member of these boards for a few weeks. Is this considered fun? or funny? Paypal doesn't have a sense of humor. A friend let me borrow their business paypal account so I could recieve credit card payments. Now they have a chargeback and a complaint on their account. Wonderful.

I would love to name this person, but they have decided, out of the kindness of their heart, they may pay me the $45 they owe me at some undetermined time in the future, so as of yet, I cannot say I've been scammed.

I find it hard to believe that this is perfectly "OK" for established traders on this board, though.

They might ask you to name this person so that they can explain themselves in the thread so that other users can get an idea of who they're dealing with....

normally I'd feel sorry for the OP, but now I'm a little suspicious.

The OP has a TR of 44! and +3 KMA, wait, wait, and 1 post?!? (this post)

Where and how have you possibly set up all of your trades and not made a single post in all of that time?

it is kind of weird but not everyone post "PM" or "PMed" when they want to setup a trade.

He's done [b65fd95f920]44[/b65fd95f920][/size65fd95f920] trades! and he didn't post even once?

correct. not even once. although, my name has been mentioned in several people's trade threads, and even a couple of stickys, although they've been taken down now.

I thought it was stupid to put PM'ed in a post. I mean, you get a HUGE notification when you sign on that someone has PM'ed you. What's the point?

Does my desire to keep quiet change the right/wrong of the topic? Is it ok to chargeback a trade because the other person trading doesn't feel the need to express his trades to the world? I have over 300 PMs. That's good enough for me.

I can vouch for tmberwolff, we had 4 trades done quickly and smoothly, he went green in minutes (not weeks). I didn't have any problem with him at all.

I agreed with the PMed posting things, not everyone does it. I do sometime but some people doesn't like posting useless post like that.

Nope, I'd say you're getting screwed, but most people like to contribute to the forum, not just use it to get greens.

and your def of contribution is people posting "PMed"? If you want to contribute, donate money, not take up more space by posting "PMed"
