Can I get a MOD's help w/ this issue, Please?

USER CREEP

I have repeatedly asked for payment for signing up on this person's freephotoipod site.

I even completed the hydroderm offer to try to go green quickly for him. But, alas, as it sometimes happens - i had to wait the 15 days to inquire w/ gratis regarding the offer. Within a few hours gratis had approved my offer and I was good to go.

I completed the offer on 08/10/05. (I have the dated copies where I sent him the offer completed information, and such.)

I greened on 08/25/05 (after submitting ticket w/ gratis)

On 08/23/05, Creep tried to "request deletion" of the trade transaction - aparently he had enough other signups to complete his requirement. It's a pretty shady thing to ask someone to sign up for you and then decide at the 11th hour to not hold true to your end of the bargain. My signup for this site could (and now should) have gone to someone else.

I'm only posting this after requesting payment for two days and no little to no response.

All I am requesting is the $25.00 he agreed to pay me.

has he been ignoring you? has he been posting on the forums? have you tried e-mailing him?

whether he didnt need your green or not, you both agreed on a trade and if he doesnt keep up his part of the trade, then his TR needs dropped or he needs banned, cos theres no excuse for it.

unless the excuse is that you both agreed to trade, but he didnt have to pay you if he could find someone else.

i PM'ed him about it and he read it, but has yet to reply to me or this thread (obviously).

I think we need a mod that just does nothing but works on scaming that would be cool )

pm him... if he won't get back to you, report his ref to Jake. this way he will pay u lol

Jake told me he can not do anything about scammers unless they break something in the T&C.

yeah he cant......the trading rules here hold no weight when it comes to putting someone on hold.......if someone didnt pay you, or do your site, thats nothing to do with gratis.

it has to be up to the mods here to handle it.
