well goes as the title...
i greened for his Freeipodshuffle this past weekend...
now no replys to pms and not even a yellow
I have read one of his treads and he says he has all greens now for his ipod shuffle so who knows if he will even be back...

First, check to see if he got your messages and opened them (would be in Sentbox, instead of Outbox)

what were the terms of the trade? you said what you had to do but not what he had to do.
its been a week since you made this thread and if he still hasnt gotten back to you then shit needs done about it.
to be honest there not a whole lot that can be done if he wont respond to your PM's. he can be banned, or his TR removed, but theres not much that can be done aobut getting him to do his side of the trade.

i PM'ed him telling him that unless he replies to this post and the accusation about him, then theres a good chance he will be banned.
you dont have to scam more than one person to be a scammer, you scam once, you get banned, thats how it should be.

Hey, crazy4beatz I've explained to you before what has happened and I have tried to come to an agreement with you but instead you have been impatient. I have explained to you that my friend has gone out of town on a late call for a business trip which wasn't expected to happen. You have complained earlier about me paying people $25 for freeipodshuffle.com. So I pmed you telling you what happened and would offer to pay you $25 instead of the green if you didn't want to wait, but instead you chose for me to get you the green. My friend just got back from the trip a few days ago so you have to be patient with the crediting process of the offers... I'm sorry if I caused any trouble here...

if you havent replied to his PM's, then there must be a reason for it.
before you posted, it sounded as though he had every right to be pissed or call you a scammer.
the less scammers on here the better, i just hope you can both sort it out.

I have replied to his pm's. The only ones I haven't replied to are the ones that say the following Scammer!!! and the other one says, Hello!!! When he should realize that his green is coming there is no way I can speed up the crediting process for Gratis...

as for reporting him to Gratis, theres not much point. He hasntviolated any of their TOS, he just refused to do a trade with someone.
I guess you could ask Jake, but i dont see that it would make much of a difference.
