jeffbg123 has a TR of only 1, yet he thinks that all newbies with TR 0 should automatically go first when he only has ONE trade and he demands they go first.
he has also just IMing people randomly

He shouldn't be iming people randomly, but I think if he has a 1 TR and you have nothing then that would kind of make sense for you to go first.
I wouldn't have put him as a scammer...

Yes, don't put him as a scammer, maybe a spammer ). Use your own judgment about who you trade with. Obviously, +1 TR doesn't make him a good trader yet, so just don't trade with him, simple as that.

How am i IMing people randomly? I IMed him because i wanted to trade with him before I realized that we couldnt because of the TR. I never demanded that he go 1st and I eventually said that I didnt want to trade because of slugger's horrible attitude.

Well aparently now that i'm reading this jeffbg123 has a TR of 2, but I was his first one, and he seemed to be a decent trader, and I agree you should go first in 1-0 trade or find someone with a substantially larger TR then if it'll make you feel better.
