Retribution

I did a trade with refined a while back and he claims he did an offer for my freecomputer. After he did a complaint and didn't get anywhere I asked him to do another offer and even offered to have him use one of my giftcards. He blocked me from his AIM screename. What course of action should I take with this bad trader? I also traded with Metfoo and the credit didn't show up for that one either. With both of these people I went first and did go green. Am I just screwed at this point with refined? Metfoo was nice enough and tried twice to do an offer. So, I do not care that much about that trade.
