I greened on cameras4free for cdsnwboard, and he was supposed to green on phreeipods for me. But when I greened, he claimed he didn't have any money to do the offers and offered to pay me $10 instead. I told him there were many offers he could do with that $10. But after that, he never responded to a single PM I've sent him, even though I know he's gotten them since they went from my outbox to my sentbox.
