really 2 of the people who've commented on your post actually know you in real life and are your best friends. how sad.

instead of offering to pay people why dont you offer to do ref trades.....you signup for something someone wants and then they sign up for something you want......there are free offers and there are some that might cost $5 or $6....if you only need 5 refs then it wont cost you too much, and thats only if you have to pay for each offer you do on each site. you might have a better chance of getting refs that way and it might work out cheaper than paying 5 people to signup for you.
