that sight is to good to be true. Most you have to sign up for one year plans of some sort of domain hosting. Average of about $35. Cheapest I saw was $25 for a domain name registration. Its a doable site, if you can find someone to put up the cash.

there is an offer that appears to only be 5.95 to register a domain for a year. considering you can get $200 paypal for only 3 referrals, it sounds worth it.
