This system is hypocritical. If you don't have any trades, and people don't trust people without any trades, how the hell are people without trades gonna get refs?!

Well usually people don't ask for web certificates on their first "trade".
You should go green first for someone else and as soon as you get a couple of greens you'll start getting trusted.
I suggest doing that.
