The site has three different "tiers" of laptops or cash payout amounts available, each with a different number of required referrals needed
Tier 1 requires 18
Tier 2 requires 21
Tier 3 requires 24
After your 15th green referral, the following potential referrals will only see the last few product offers which require more significant commitments or cost. Those are the ones that will be harder to find, trade or pay for. There's no time limit, probably due to that fact.
