I said that from the beginning, hemingway made a ton of cash by organizing simple system...though he probably doesn't take into account the multiple accounts people have there
and some of the sign up fees likely got refunded from referrals...

it's quite simple.
you log in, and from a drop down menu, list the sites your participating in (still need referrals for) and your ref links. then you also from a drop down list select the sites you're still eligible to sign up for.
then you click "find more referalls" and the system intelligently matches you with people eligible to sign up for what you're looking for, and if you're eligible to sign up for what they're looking for.
you can then contact them by email/aim/etc, and organize a 11 trade.
theres other featured obviously as well such as a karma/feeback system much liek ebays so that you can review someone's past trading behaviour to see if they are trustworthy. and you can sign up for "featured trades" which announce your offer (cash or whatever) to the all the members upon log in.
in essence its a system that makes trading referrals and completing your sites much much easier.
