Will be paying $30 through paypal and submitting for approval the second you go green. So if you have <10 TR I will ask that you wait for approval which will only take 2-4 days. If you are a more established trade I will pay the $30 on green.
I will also expect the signee to be green within 2 days, no MCR please.
