If I understand your question correctly, the answer is no.
You can only complete offers for one person per site. Once you sign up under someone at a site, you can't change that, which makes choosing who you go green for important (make sure they have a nice TR (Trade Record) so you know you're not getting scammed).

However, if you mean that they are of the same network/company, then you can sign up for more than one SITE.

Example TraInn is a company/network that runs both YourFreeVideoiPods.com and YourFreeFlatscreen.com.
