I need greens on the following sites

If you have a TR of 4 or higher AND an FiPG signup date that is at least a week old, I will pay you on green. Otherwise, I pay on approval. However, if you are stuck waiting for me to get approval for at least 2 weeks, and the following criteria is met, I will go ahead and pay you for the green instead of making you wait for approval. The criteria is
1) You haven't gone red for me
2) You haven't gone red for anyone else on the FiPG forums
3) You aren't mentioned as a scammer or possible scammer in the scammers and problem traders forum.
