1) Signup within 24 hrs from when the trade was setup, and let me know what email you used to signup with.
2) Go green or submit a support ticket if needed within 72 hrs from the time trade was setup, and inform me that you submitted a support ticket.
3) If after 1 week from the time you submit the support ticket, you don't hear from support you take additional steps to go green or inform me that you want to cancel the trade.
4) Keep me informed of your status
