Most people will think you are trying to scam people offering that much. Now you might say, how can I scam paying upront? Well, it's not too hard, considering how PayPal works.

Like I said though, do offers for OTHER people, get a TR of ATLEAST 4, and then try and get refs. And maybe only offer $30 tops.
