I know I have only been on the forums trading for about 2 months, but I can honestly say that my first 3 weeks were the good old days. I had a very optimistic attitude going into every trade. Those were the days. Now it seems that every trade requires a thorough background check before agreeing to anything. Getting a trade is worse than pulling teeth anymore and you have to offer more and more money to get one and then worry that you haven't been scammed. When I was new, I just knew I had to wait for approval to get paid, but nowadays if you don't offer payment on green you won't get a referral. Well, I would love to find some honest traders to help me finish a few sites. If a newbie is here to stay they will accept payment on approval and that is the attitude I will keep even if it drives me out of trading. I would rather not get a referral than get scammed. So for people who want to deal with an honest trader and know they will get paid then let me know you are interested.

Yea its a shame I am offering to pay on green but it is not enough for some people. I did get some to complete for me. I used money I got from doing offers for others. Is $18 not enough for a free4me site I am even willing to give $20 I mean that is all I can afford but it seems people just want $25 and up for sites these days. This is Project payday fault. They tell you that you will be able to get $25 to $50 per trade.
I want to tell you that I have to move this next week and afterward I will want to sign up for sites.Also I have found that paying half helps,been doing that and so far only have lost 15$,and I may still get that back.

I agree with you too. People are getting too greedy. I did sites for $15 and was happy. Others want 20-30 for the same sites. They seem to forget that we were in their shoes once. I won't be forced to pay on green again. Last night a guy kept pestering me for his money for a green just 5 mins earlier. I paid him, and guess what.............he was put on hold.
Anywho.........good luck to you. I want to help you sometime, but I'm too broke to even do offers right now. Probably next week we can trade.

Totally agree with you. It is getting difficult to find a good referral. And alll the newbies are posting for refs and they have no TR. Crazy
