I am paying $20 for any of these sites, $10 on green and $10 paying on approval. I was new a few days ago, so I know how hard it can be to get started, but also know you can get burned by paying up front. Thank you for the statement. I have paid upfront twice now and the senior traders have failed to complete the offer so I know what you mean I just want to find out how I get trading points for completed trades.

If you haven't gotten a response yet this his how it goes. Once you complete a trade, you and the person you trade with must click on the tab on the trade bar that probably reads, "negotiating/waiting". Click on "TR requested". Your trade partner has to do the same on their side. The moderators will check out the trade and if it looks ok, they will approve it and you will both be credited. You won't be notified so you must check back to see. Also, one of you has to have a trade record of 4 or higher in order to receive credit. You can still do the trade, but you will get no TR. Good luck.
