Newbie ready to get into the game!

My name is Nancy and I've just recently joined and completed my first trade. I have been researching and teaching myself about IFWs and now I'm ready to get more involved.

Two things to note
1. My TR is under 4 so anyone who wants to trade with me must have a TR that is over 4 so that our trade can be recognized.

2. I realize that people are wary of new traders but I am here for the long-term, and I will prove my integrity with each completed trade.

In addition to being available to complete offers for others (with compensation, of course) but I also need people to complete offers for me.

Specifically, I will pay $60 USD to three people who can complete a bunch of offers for me. The reason I'm offering so much is because it's one of those sites that require completion of several offers to fulfill the referral requirement. Please reply to this post or email me for more information.
