Just for the record, generally if someone goes Red, they are on hold and can not do another offer, unless they do it on a completely different site network, and even then it's iffy.

But yes, now I understand what you mean. I had a trader tell me beforehand a little later that he made a mistake and wanted to refund my money because he realized he would go red. I was going to ask him to do a completely different site on a different network because it was a honest mistake.
