If you tell people what offer to do, it could be seen by most sites as walking referrals through the process, which is fraud and will result in your account being suspended for that site.
I'm sure they don't necessarily look here, but if all your referrals do the same offer, that will cause them (the site in question) to be highly suspicious. Just thought you should know that in regards to your original post.
