I'm a newbie, but I think I've got the hang of this trading stuff. I've done several trades, and want to start getting some of my own referrals.
I'm paying $4 PayPal (verified, please) for referrals on nocreditcard.yourgiftsfree.com. This is an easy site. They only have 6 offers, but most people should be able to any one of them in 5 to 10 minutes with no credit card and no cash outlay. (I simply got an auto insurance quote!)
