Paying $20 or trade for apple.v-bux Greens

I'm a newbie, but I've done a few trades and gone green or almost green on a few sites and I'm ready to start getting some of my own referrals.

I'm willing to pay $20 via PayPal for 1 or more referrals on apple.v-bux.com. If your TR is less than 5, I'll pay 1/2 on your going green, and 1/2 on my final approval. Fair enough? Or make me an offer.
