For future reference, you are encouraged to only trade with users having 4+ TR since you are under 4 TR. This prevents both parties from being scammed and also won't get your TR denied =]

I've read the rules and I know that TR won't be received. But, I really don't feel comfortable paying first unless I absolutely have to and I don't want to do any more offers, myself, at the moment. But, thanks for the tip.
