Why do they not credit the offer right away if you completed the offer....?

Do you have to email the offer webbsite?

Please explain....we did an offer and the requestor says that she'll pay with paypal if she is credited or something like that from the offer webbsite....

Is this regular trading things with all trades?

Are there better ways to trade here?
