I have a question about a couple of the offers

Bargain.com and BargainNetwork Motors both show a $1 one week trial, but say you have have to stay signed up for at least 8 days (going by the image you posted). Does this mean to get the 2 1/2 points I'd have to get hit with additional fees?

(I couldn't get to anymore details without signing up and didn't want to do that in case it would prevent me from earning $ for the points here.)
