This guy is a scammer IMO, I just did an offer on his site and he won't respond to my PM's. I am GREEN.
I'm going to contact freepay and have his account put on hold.

merel, this looks very bad on your side. You just joined the forums today and in your first post here you advertise a seemingly too good to be true price for the site you need. From what others have said, you wouldn't agree to pay first as well. I personally have a hard time believing that you found your last ref within the three hours you posted this up. Not my decision to make however since I don't know the details but using the ban-hammer here doesn't effect much since Merel has little reason to stay considering he has no vested interest in maintaining a positive reputation here.
