I am to the OOD stage on plasmas4free.com, and I'm looking to trade OODs with someone. I'm not limiting this to other OfferCentric OODs. If you have a site with 3 or 4 normal offers required for completion, like plasmas.free4refs or something, that is fine too.
There is a pretty easy offer available on plasmas4free, the Pitney Bowes postage system. This requires a 30.00 postage deposit on a 90-day trial of a postage machine. From the looks of it, any postage that is unused is returned to you by the US postal service at the end of the trial.
