I was just recently introduced to this great site. Its a DIY like ordercash4free, but you get 10% of the money your referrals cash out lifetime!
Plus they doing a promotion starting Aug 3 - Sept 15th. They are giving away 50, 42'' plasma tvs, 1 to the highest prizepoint holder in each state.

I don't usually trust instant crediting on weekends. And you would have to pay first for higher TR still.
