Hah ur funny, im not sure if its an enforced rule here, but its usually advice you to go by TR it's not really required to do so. and im not sure wat u mean by nice try

It isn't a rule, it's a guidline, but I guarantee you aren't going to anyone with a higher TR than you to bid. However he wants to run it.
