Update!!! I have re-opened bidding. All previous trades are finished /greened / waiting on green /or sadly waiting on payment. So below is a new list of sites I can join for Paypal, all rules below are still in effect.[/size18a93abd32]
1. Yes I read all the rules... I even understood them all too.....
2. I might be new to this forum, however I am not new to the procedures. I am friends with 2 of the members here. So I know the routines, offers, etc...
3. I will do any site listed below. I will think about other sites not listed but you have to PM me all the offers/requirements etc...
4. I will not do OOD unless stated.
5. I will not trade or sell my greens to anyone under 4TR.
6. [b18a93abd32]I expect to be paid within 48hours of greening. No ifs an or butts, unless other arrangements are made before hand. If your broke then please don't waste my time or yours. I will have my green removed from your account after 48 hours.[/b18a93abd32]
7. I wont go red, or on hold, I have never joined any FREE sites. So I am virgin territory.
8. Auction ends Monday at 8pm CDT. All trades must be set up by Tuesday 8pm CDT with all links added or I will consider trade failed.
9. All minimum bids are listed as well as a final "Buy It Now" price.

As fast as the sites green me. Depending how many trades I have at end of Sunday. Worst case if every site is bid on might take 3-4 days for all sites to be finished.
With that said I cant say when a offer will green. Not all sites credit instantly. I will do all instant offers until exhausted. Then will move on to next day, then 2-3 days. Wont do any offers that have reputation for slow or non credit.
If tickle is done and no credit within 48 hours will do another offer, since they don't allow manual.
So it wont be because of me if green is slow. It will be site problem, or bad offer. Depending on the site I may do second offer if they have a large # of offers and first one doesnt credit in specified time.

not one offer on free4me claims crediting within 3 minutes. So, like I said if you want serious bids please do so here. I wont be joining sites until Monday though, regardless if a BIN or a winning low bid. Also will not guarantee a green within a time frame of such ridiculous requirements.

I didnt put plasmas.free4refs on the list due to the site having serious crediting issues with hosting plans. The owner has had 2 major occasions where crediting was non existant or horrible. Now this was not due to him to my knowledge, but to his publishers. So at this time I wont be doing it.

I dint do your site requested cause you were crying how after this green you were gone from the freebie world. So with low TR and telling me your going to jet soon, i took my chances elsewhere.
