12AM Central Midnight on Saturday Morning (Friday Night...Not Really) is the deadline.[/size2cfe47ef92][/color2cfe47ef92] My post saying the auction over will be the final accepted post. This is my first auction and I hope you enjoy. I myself will be participating in the auction along with 3 of my friends. They are being compensated in the form of cold hard cash, so they will be working as hard as they can to fill out referrals.
Those with TR's GREATER OR EQUAL to 35 may pay after I green. This provides the safety to heavy spenders, and safety to me. [/color2cfe47ef92][/size2cfe47ef92]
Some sites have standard starting bids. They also have a locking bid. This bid will lock all other offers for the site. However, there is ONE exception. You may double, triple, and quad-lock a site if you are in desperate need.[/color2cfe47ef92] What does this mean? You may double the required PayPal amount to definitely grab you a spot. Unless someone doubles your offer. This way people desperate have their chance.
Rules
On Saturday morning, the winners will receive a PM giving you the information on where to send PayPal, and confirmation on what sites I will be completing for you.
You must pay FIRST, regardless of TR. Also, OODs are not accepted, If I sign up for your site and there are OODs, you will not recieve a green and only half your money will be returned.
There will be no PMing of bids, all bids must be placed here. If you have a site that is not listed, I may take into consideration. You must PM with the the offers and total required.
I think these are all the rules I need to lay out. You know how it works. Begin bidding. By bidding, you also obligate yourself to completing the trade.

First off, there's no way in hell I'm going to pay $23 for a Prizebook referral. I'll pay $10 at MOST since there's no promotion going on now. It's a DIY site and when your friend completes an offer they get money that offer is worth (check my trade thread in signature to see what each offer is worth) like stamps.com is $29 that you get IN ADDITION to the $10 I'd pay you. I'd say that's a hell of a deal you're getting.

Just a suggestion, but you will probably get more bids if you lower the minimum bids to $20.
The 123 sites haven't had any bids yet and they're popular sites. Surely $20 at the least for a site would be better than nobody bidding on a site that has to be at least $25?

So your saying even if our TR is higher you won't go first unless we are at TR 35? Per the rules if we agree to that then we won't get any additional TR points for the trade because we didn't follow the guidelines, as lower trade goes first is the accepted norm

First it is not how most auctions work (I should know because I generally spend a couple $100 in them), second I wish to abide by FIPG rules, third it is only threadcrapping if I was not interested to begin with (I was interested to begin with.) If his friends do bail or he bails and he doesn't pay you back, there's no record of it in the trade module and he could pull that page, meaning your trades could never have existed as far as we (Mods/Admins are concerned).

I just put my two trades in the module and I hope everyone else does this soon. I have sent him a pm with no response. I bought two sites gear and yourps34free. I paid first thing after he sent the pm with instructions. Clearly one of the first to pay. I have not even had either friend sign up for a site let alone complete it. I told him I was waiting until tomorrow. I will wait until Monday morning and if my trade isn't confirmed in the module and done I am filing a complaint on paypal. I urge the rest to do the same. This needs to be resolved. I could have had my ipod and paypal at this point. Big thanks to the mods for stepping in and getting this thing moving.

I'm treating Jams44 as a scammer.
He claims to be receiving Chemotherapy due to him contracting West Nile Virus, yet Chemotherapy is not a method of treatment administered to people with West Nile. In fact, there is no specific therapy if you have West Nile.
He hasn't been here since Monday after saying you'd all be repaid today, and he hasn't been here today.
Since he opened this trade thread I was suspicious about it, but had no concrete proof about anything.
He has no been banned, but his TR has been dropped and his access to the Trade Module has been limited.
If you traded with him and paid him through Paypal, then file Paypal disputes/complaints immediately. If you did a site for him or he did a site for you, then contact the site in question, report him as a scammer and ask for his account(s) to be placed on hold.
Please reply here with any and all information he gave you or that you hav for him (besides his phone number and address). We don't need idiots not involved in trades with him to spam his house or phone with nonsense. gruffer has that information if you'd like to try to get in touch with him.

I think a cap needs to be put on auctions. For example only limiting it to one friends at a time or # sites completed. If they come through and can handle one friends then they can hold another auction for the other friends they have and/or sites that weren't completed by the first friend.
