Bid for offers?! [Auction Ended]

StorytimeOkay, last week I asked my friend to do a few of my sites. He did them, and I paid him $20 paypal for each site. He was happy with that, until I told he he could be getting more. He made a list of OFFERS he is willing to do, and he would like get money in exchange for doing these offers. He does not care which site he does, as long as it contains these offers and is an 1-offer site. I will not guide him through the process, and he chose his own offers he wanted to do, so I guess he is genuinely interested. From what I know this doesn't violate any TOS. If this is against forum rules, please PM me and I will close thread.

It also saves me time brokering the trades to him, so I don't have to look around for sites that has these offers. Therefore bidding will be OFFER-based. As long as you have a site that contains the offer, you are free to bid for the offer completion. No repeating sites. Nothing that takes a week to credit(for example giftfiesta Blockbuster takes 3 weeks).

OFFERS WILL BE DONE ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY, CREDITING TIME DOES APPLY.

Is it only 1 Tickle offer on one site that he'd be doing, as opposed to each of those Tickle offers on whoever bids on them? I thought it was the first one which is why I bid like I did because now someone has bid higher than me for a Tickle offer but my bid would still be valid if your friend is prepared to do each of those Tickle offers.
