Not sure if this is good for anyone but I have NEVER done a single free stuff website and am willing to do anyone that does not require me to put in any $$$ in exchange for money transferred to a poker account at a poker site of your choice.
If this is stupid and can't help anyone sorry ( If you can make use of this awesome )

So... you want to do a free site but don't want to pay for it? That won't happen because you'll end up spending money on offers and will definitely need a credit card and all.
Unless what you mean is that you don't want to do casino offers? Please clarify what you mean. And I've sent you a PM btw =P
